After a brief downtime took over the same Xaime Costas, who along with members of the school theater going and some of the founders of group, start a new stage in 1988 coincides with the change of the name of the Group's now "O Trasna Novo Theatre."
In his new career 
, O Trasna Novo Theatre, was part of the founding groups of the FEGATEA founded in 2000. Also in 2007, 2008 and 2 009 organized, respectively, the "I, II and III Theatertreffen S. Andrés de Comesaña" a wide acceptance and participation of local groups and the rest of Galicia .
Along these years there were, among others, the following shows:
"D2N2, 3" (In two, three) (2006 - on the poster) This is a strange mixture based on texts by various authors: Kafka, M. Kundera, J. Carrigan, JPSartre and others, building upon three dialogues.
"In two, THREE" these dialogs look both separately and together, the play's at first glance may seem fanciful, it may not be so and will be the public who have to discover.
was selected to participate in the IV Festival Augustine Magan (Santiago de Compostela), IV Amateur Theatre Festival Sada Town Hall (where he won the award for Best Actress), etc.

Trasna
"Vixía" (2003-2006) created their own based on texts from various authors. The story takes place in a strange elderly hospice where a particular character (the Watcher) marks the rhythm of their lives. This work involved, among others, the Fourth Meeting of Amateur Theatre State (Narón-A Coruña), II Festival Augustine Magan (Compostela) and II Amateur Theatre Week Vigo.
"muller ... what?" (2004-2005) In this case we face for the first time with a monologue from a fragment of the work of Sergi Belbel "Death."
"Village Mangala" (2001) made for the creation of the Galician Letters Day and was extended and changed over several years.
"O Don incerta Hamlet Prince of Denmark" (2001) Adaptation of a fragment of that work of Álvaro Cunqueiro.
"forebear" (2000-2002) From the text of Raúl Dans, again created a show to our style. III participated in the English Festival Amateur Theatre (Zamora) reading in Galician and in the Festival Augustine Magan (Santiago).
"Unha muller, unha history" (1998-2000) adaptation of Gabriel Garcia Marquez's monologue "Diatribe of Love Against a seated man," which became a show which represents the history is written there.
"Maresol" (1998-1999) the first show to represent specific on the beach, cutting and high expressiveness mythological body. Other places are represented on the island of Arousa and Malpica de Bergantiños.
"Vacacions Para Sempre" (1996-2005) Family show of shadow puppets and live actors who had a long life.
"Grito de Esperança" (1995-1998) Work in Portuguese from the text of Daniel Filipe, complete with texts of other authors represented in the most unique scenic areas: prison de Vigo, pubs, cafes and theater. ..
"ou Vinganza Xusticia" (1993-1995) Adjustment for the first time in Galicia of "The Oresteia" by Aeschylus, a study conducted by the group itself, transforming more than six hours of original work in two hours medium, without losing the essence of the classic text.
"Home!" (1988-1992) first work created by O Novo Trasna Theater over four years is represented throughout Galicia. Participates in the First Exhibition of Galician-Portuguese Theatre in A Coruña.
This does not mean that there are other parallel activities:
in 2000 to commemorate 20 years of group O Trasna Novo Theatre, took out a selection of excerpts from the works headed by a show animation "Benvidos or theater." At the same time commemorating the Day of Galician Letters led to different shows, highlighting "Figures" (1997) show entertainment for all audiences, "A Statue" (1999) show ecological-educational children's entertainment, and in 2002 music-theater show together with two groups of pandereteras.
also took the initiative to mount for years of Carnival Comparsa Neighborhood Society, Culture and Sports Nautilus, which had joined the Group as the first cultural activity in 1986, achieving an award at the 1999 with the "Soldadiño of pear."
